Have pregnancy hormones made your mom-to-be glow look more like an oil slick? Find out how to have a glowing complexion when you are pregnant– minus the greasy shine.

Some women report their skin has never looked better then when they are pregnant. For the majority of us, we need some help in keeping our skin looking fresh. Follow these tips to keep your skin looking great throughout pregnancy.

Use a primer: A mattifying primer, such as Bare Escentuals bareVitamins Prime Time ($21 at Sephora.com), will keep oily shine at bay while still maintaining a youthful glow. Using powder to de-shine can often age you and amplify fine lines and wrinkles.

Use moisturizing lotion only where you need it: Avoid putting heavy lotions on your oily areas, such as the forehead, and concentrate it on those areas that are dry.

Foundation: Choose an oil-free sheer foundation for a smooth, youthful complexion.

Fake luminous skin: If your complexion is looking dull, apply a luminizing lotion, such as SmashBox Aritificial Light Luminizing Lotion ($24, Sephora.com) across your cheeks and on your nose for an instant mom-to-be glow.
