For date night, wear a sexy v-neck top to draw attention to your pregnancy cleavage! Wear a bump hugging top, jeans and hip boots or strappy heels for a look that shows you are one hot mom-to-be. A bump-hugging black dress paired with black opaque tights and black heels is both slimming and sexy.
