3rd Trimester fashion tips
August 20, 2007

Congratulations! You have made it to the 3rd Trimester which means your little baby will soon be making her appearance. By this point, you may be feeling a bit cumbersome and your feet are a distant memory.
To help you stay cool and comfortable during this time, follow these 3rd Trimester fashion tips:
1. You will be more comfortable wearing clothes that do not have a constricting waistband. Stock up on casual dresses or skirts with a stretchy waistband.
2. Pants or jeans that have an underbelly cut will feel less constricting on your bump (or by this point, should I say mountain?)
3. Forget about wearing shoes that tie. Limit the amount of bending over you have to do by wearing slip-on shoes, like sandals or moccasins.
4. If you are starting to feel self-conscious about your growing cleavage, wear a top or dress with a uniform print to draw attention to the fabric instead of your chest. A good example is the pictured long sleeve printed knit dress from Mimi Maternity.
5. A long shirt, such as a tunic top, will help elongate your body if you are feeling more wide than long.
6. This is a good time to buy a supportive and user-friendly nursing bra.
