From Kate Hudson to Victoria Beckham and Beyonce, 2011 was full of stylish pregnant celebrities. Who made our list of the most stylish moms-to-be of the year?
Kate Hudson: This stylish mom was spotted dressing her baby bump in gorgeous gowns, such as the champagne colored dress at the Met Gala or this beautiful yellow Versace gown. We also loved her casual maternity style, which was full of bohemian printed maxi dresses and flowing tops.
Beyonce: From the moment Beyonce flashed her baby bump at the VMA’s this year, we knew this stylish singer would not disappoint with her maternity style. You won’t spot Beyonce in boring basics, as she wore sparkly mini dresses, printed leggings and bump-hugging gowns throughout her pregnancy.
Jessica Alba: We loved Jessica Alba’s casual maternity style as much as her red carpet looks. She was often spotted taking daughter Honor to the park wearing leggings, a stylish tunic top and a colorful scarf knotted around her neck. She also dazzled us on the red carpet, wearing a gorgeous gold dress from the Ralph Lauren Collection at the MET gala and a trendy colorblocked dress at the CFDA’s.
Natalie Portman: This stylish actress dressed her baby bump in feminine and classic looks throughout her pregnancy. From her Viktor & Rolf pink dress with the red rose embellishment she wore to the Golden Globes, to her lovely $50 H&M lace dress, Portman loved dainty and classic maternity style.
Victoria Beckham: Posh Spice caught our eye at the Royal Wedding, where she dressed her baby bump in a navy blue dress from her Victoria Beckham Autumn/Winter 2011 collection. Of course, she accessorized her look with a Philip Treacy hat – which made her a couple of inches taller.
Rachel Zoe: This celebrity stylist had fun dressing her own baby bump throughout her pregnancy. Zoe kept her trendy style intact, dressing in black skinny jeans, fur jackets and flowing dresses.
Hilary Duff: Since announcing her pregnancy in 2011, we loved Hilary’s choices of bright colors and bump-hugging fashions to show off her pregnancy.
Jessica Simpson: After announcing she was going to be a “mummy” on Halloween, Simpson has had fun showing off her baby bump in black leggings, bump-hugging tops and fabulous wraps and cardigans.
Selma Blair: This stylish actress impressed us with her maternity style, which ranged from gorgeous printed maxi dresses to hip distressed maternity jeans.
Jennifer Garner: Thanks to her stylish Rachel Zoe, Garner looked amazing on the red carpet wearing bright red colors and flirty dresses that showed off her baby bump. Her off duty style reminds us of most moms – jeans and a basic tee! Just one of the reasons we love this down-to-earth mom.
