Kimberly Williams-Paisley on pregnancy essentials

According to Jim actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley and her husband, country star Brad Paisley, are proud parents to 10-month-old William Huckleberry. Kimberly writes on her blog that, “Motherhood has been wonderful and fulfilling and completely time-consuming!”
Kimberly shares on her blog some of her pregnancy essentials. She reports that a body pillow is “key to getting great sleep.” She goes on to say, “I love the ones that wrap around and twist like pretzels so you can manipulate them as you need them and as your body changes.”
To relieve heartburn, Kimberly uses papaya enzymes. “A key to preventing heartburn. Pop a few after each meal. I also have noticed a little extra daily magnesium works really well, as well as digestive enzymes taken with the first bite of every big meal. Ask your doctor about it.”
Did you know that putting a bar of soap in your bed can stop leg cramps? Kimberly writes that she tried this old wives tale with success. “Weird, I know, but someone told me putting a bar of soap in the bed would help stop leg cramps and I’ve noticed some nights that it actually does.”
