Does face shape determine the sex of your baby?
January 31, 2008
Kali Rocha recently revealed at the movie premiere of Over My Dead Body that she is three months pregnant. “I’m pregnant!” she confessed to TV Guide, as she patted her tiny bump.
When asked if she knew the sex of the baby, Rocha had this interesting theory: “I keep hearing this theory that if you look very rounded in the face and you [get sick] a lot, it’s a girl. I have a round face all the time, but I didn’t [get sick] once. The theory also says that if you are feeling good and have a square jaw, it’s a boy. So I have no idea. Maybe I have a hermaphrodite.”
Do you think this theory holds true? I know with both of my pregnancies I had a round face and I had two boys. Maybe it was just me?

Got something to say?

Nope! Face shape does not determine the gender of the baby!
In fact, it’s the DNA from the father that decides the baby’s gender.
And face shape is just another genetic trait that doesn’t play a role in the gender.
It was just a coincidence that both your children were born boys.
