Here, we take a look at how popular pregnant celebrities model the little black dress. Who do you think wears it best?
Pretty pregnant fashionista Peaches Geldof always looks perfect. Peaches chose an all-black ensemble for London Fashion Week.
She lightened it up with her tousled blonde locks, cream clutch and trendy short sleeves. What an easy way to take black into Spring!

Pregnant Amber Rose supported her man Wiz Khalifa at the 2013 Grammy Awards ceremony.
She wrapped her enormous baby bump in a gorgeous sheath gown while letting the spotlight shine on her baby daddy, who was attired in old-fashioned glamour.
Glamorous Lara Stone stepped out with hubby David Walliams for dinner at La Petite Maison in London.
Lara added bright red pumps to her LBD for a bit of extra interest. Super classy.

Pregnant German actress Jytte-Merle Boehrnsen sported an adorable metallic black cocktail dress to the Berlin premiere of Kokowaeaeh 2.
Shimmery metallic are not just for winter – this cute number is ideal for any season, thanks to the sleeveless design.
Kim Kardashian is known for her black fashions. She wore this short black lace dress (left) for an interview with Jimmy Kimmel. We think the dress is a bit too tight to flatter. And the short length and ponytail hairstyle makes the ensemble look little-girlish. Photo: WENN.com
She didn’t offer much improvement with this lace and feathered concoction (center). Kim elected to pair this disastrous dress with liquid leggings for the Topshop Topman LA Opening Party in Hollywood. The ill-fitting dress/top does nothing for this mama-to-be. Photo: Brian To/WENN.com
Fortunately, the self-described fashion star redeemed herself with this sophisticated ensemble (right) while out and about in LA. Kim paired a black knee-length sheath dress with sporty striped blazer and casual hair. Much better, dahling! Photo: JP/JFXimages/WENN.com

German-Iranian songstress Jasmin Tabatabai looked amazing at the Hugo Boss Party in Berlin yesterday. The beautiful mom-to-be added fabulous color to simple lines to pull off the best maternity look of the week.
Jasmin, shown here with boyfriend Andreas Pietschmann, stands out among the crowd. Her brilliant aqua, short-sleeve sheath dress really pops against basic black accessories: hose, shoes and even Andreas’ dark ensemble.
The dress fits perfectly and features clean lines that really flatter. Copy Jasmin’s style with these terrific fashion finds from A Pea in the Pod.com:
Copy the style
The Elbow Sleeve Sheath Maternity Dress ($49) is a great place to start. The Blue Spruce knee-length dress features a scoop neck that turns to a deeper V in the back. The elbow-length sleeves make this perfect for season-to-season transitions. And the sheath styling means the jersey knit dress will cling in all the right places.
The Short Sleeve Button Detail Maternity Dress ($99) is a close second. TheBlue Jade dress boasts side ruching and a button detail at the hem, but it mimics the clean lines that looked so good on Jasmin.
Copy the color
The Sleeveless Embellished Maternity Dress ($99) nails the color. The Teal knee-length dress features an embellished empire-waist fit for comfort. Paired with some strappy sandals, it’s a great piece for a warm-weather vacation!
Copy the sleeves
The Miss Me Short Sleeve Embellished Maternity Dress ($99) is so darling! The Green knee-length dress features short sleeves, scoop neck and funky beading at the collar and hem. Dress it up with heels or down with riding boots or sandals.
Copy the neckline
The 3/4 Sleeve Wrap Maternity Dress ($80) is to die for. The knee-length dress boasts a flattering V-neck, wrap styling and a Green Print design. This dress is so incredibly versatile – it grows with you, and it makes a perfect postpartum piece as well.

Pregnant Jenna Dewan-Tatum has a fabulous maternity wardrobe, but we’re on the fence over her latest outfit.
Jenna, with hunky hubby Channing Tatum, was spotted in Los Angeles earlier this week sporting this trendy, shabby chic/boho ensemble.
Even though it appears that she forgot her pants, we sorta like Jenna’s funky style. The first-time mom-to-be showed off her toned tan legs in a madras maternity top and boots.
To get Jenna’s look, check out some of these pretty plaid maternity tops. You can decide whether or not you want to add pants!
Plaid Luxe Poplin Ruched Shirt ($24, Gap)
jules & jim Plaid Button-Down Belted Maternity Shirt ($94, Bella Blu Maternity)
Convertible Sleeve Button-Front Maternity Tunic ($25, Motherhood® Maternity)
Splendid Convertible Sleeve Pocket Tee Maternity Shirt ($125, A Pea in the Pod® Maternity)
If you’re a bit shy about going bottomless – or if it’s really cold where you live – consider adding a pair of maternity jeggings. They’re so comfy, you’ll want to wear them everywhere (and they’ll look soooo cute with boots)!
- Maternity Smooth-Panel Rockstar Jeggings ($19, Old Navy)
- Thyme Maternity Jegging with 3-in-1 Panel ($29, ToysRUs)
- Japanese Weekend Ok Jegging, Black ($27, Diapers.com)
As Spring approaches, consider adding a pair of denim maternity shorts and flirty sandals!

Watching your baby bump grow is a wonderful experience. Having to constantly buy new clothes to accommodate it is not. Is there anything you can wear whether you’re in your first trimester or your third?
Thankfully, yes. SkinnyTees is a tank top that you’ll want to wear to work, to work out or to work “it” on the red carpet! And with prices starting at just $18, you can’t go wrong.
They’re sleek and comfy and offer terrific control – you’ll look two sizes smaller with the slimming construction. The material is not see-through, thankyouverymuch, and it won’t do that annoying rolling up thing that clothes sometimes do when your baby bump is growing.
Linda Schlesinger created SkinnyTees in 2009 to address a woman’s need for the perfect tank. Now, SkinnyTees are available in a variety of styles – long sleeve, short sleeve, cap sleeve, tube top, bandeau, camisole, turtleneck… the list goes on! Soft, seamless and fitted, SkinnyTees look great alone or layered over or under clothing. Oh, and did we mention that they’re one-size-fits-all?

From ultra-casual to super-chic, pregnant celebrities sported a (really) wide array of maternity dresses this past week. The famous mamas-to-be dressed their bumps in lace, stripes and paisley print.
Some of the styles are a cinch to imitate (Can you say “maxi dress”?), while others (like Busy Philipps‘) are not for the faint of heart.
Which styles would you wear?
Black lace dress
British singer and actress Rochelle Humes — best known for her work with The Saturdays — was spotted leaving the BBC Radio 1 studios wearing a lacy black dress and heels.
The singer/actress/TV presenter hasn’t let pregnancy get in the way of her trademark sexy style.
Rochelle, 23, wed Marvin Humes last July and announced her pregnancy in November. The baby is due this summer.

Striped maxi dress
Malin Akerman stopped out for some ice cream while furniture shopping in Burbank with hubby Roberto Zincone.
The Swedish-born actress (Rock of Ages, Couples Retreat) sported a casual maxi-dress which featured a solid black bodice and striped skirt.
Maxi dresses have been a favorite choice of pregnant celebrities from Jessica Simpson (who is currently expanding her line of maternity fashions) to Kourtney Kardashian. (Will sister Kim Kardashian jump on the maxi dress trend? Click here to find out what we think.)

A very pregnant Busy Philipps opted for a skin-tight gown at the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
The simple black dress was accessorized by a single piece of jewelry, a small clutch and a simple up-do. Classic.
This will be the second child for Busy (aka Elizabeth Jean) and her husband Marc Silverstein.
The couple is already parents to daughter Birdie Leigh. Busy, Birdie… will Baby No. 2 have a “B” name, too?

Pregnant Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum stepped out in Hollywood last weekend wearing a simple striped poncho over black leggings. Change her western boots to heels and you’ve got a completely different look! (Photo: Winston Burris/WENN.com)
Ponchos come in all shapes and sizes. Check out some of these great finds:
Maternity Cable-Knit Poncho ($20, Old Navy). This poncho features a cross-front shawl collar with a single-button closure. The soft, diagonal cable knit boasts an asymmetrical hem (hits at the hip) and a relaxed fit through the body.
A Pea in the Pod Cowl Neck Sweater Knit Poncho ($39, Destination Maternity®). This is the perfect maternity poncho because it can be used as a nursing cover after baby arrives. The soft sweater knit offers warm coverage and is easy to pack in a diaper bag.
Knit Poncho Maternity Top ($19, PinkBlushMaternity.com). This poncho is meant to be worn not as outerwear but as a sweater. The lacy crocheted trim and rich rust color – paired with a maternity tank – goes beautifully with a trendy pair of jeans.
Rock Star Moms Poncho ($43, A Mother’s Boutique). Wear this Pittsburgh Steelers poncho to games, tailgates or anywhere! It’s perfect as maternity wear as well as a nursing cover.
If you prefer your poncho with sleeves, then copy pregnant Jenna Dewan‘s look. She rocked this Indian-print cardigan. This is totally something you could wear after your baby bump is long gone. (Photo: WENN.com)

Amber Rose is known for wearing super-tight clothes, and pregnancy hasn’t changed her style. The mom-to-be stepped out with hubby Wiz Khalifa last week in black leggings, cute sandals and a funky mock-neck print maternity top.
Amber has always been proud of her ample curves, and her baby bump is no exception. If you’re proud of your expanding tummy, then you should feel free to flaunt it, too. Try one of these form-fitting finds:
Play with patterns. The Maternity 3/4-Sleeve Print Tunic ($20, JCPenney) boasts an eye-catching pattern, round neck and banded ¾-length sleeves, and it goes with everything.
Shine on. The Short-Sleeve V-neck Sequin Maternity T-Shirt ($25, Motherhood® Maternity) is simply gorgeous. The black-and-gold novelty fabric and short dolman sleeves scream fun! Your baby bump will be pleased.
Sport a cowl neck. The Maternity Cowl Neck Tee ($48, Ingrid & Isabel) fits like a glove. The cowl neck adds that extra bit of interest to this top, which comes in classic colors and looks great alone or with a cute jacket.
Send a message. Share your baby bump love with a Novelty Maternity Top ($38 and up, Due Maternity & Baby). Check out these clever messages:
- Kiss my [bump]
- Love, Peace and Baby
- My pod has two peas
- [bump] under manufacturing process

Watching celebrities dress their baby bumps is so much fun! Sometimes the famous moms-to-be surprise us with their pregnancy fashion choices, and sometimes they don’t. We’ve rounded up a list of not-yet-pregnant celebs to predict what their maternity styles might be. Tell us: Do you think we’re target with our predictions?
Khloe Kardashian: Khloe will likely embrace a mix of her sisters’ styles. We can picture a pregnant Khloe wearing tight, leg-baring miniskirts like Kim and flowing, pleated tops like Kourtney. This mix would be work well for Ms. Tallstack, as she could draw attention away from a widening tummy by flaunting those never-ending legs.
Fergie: The sexy singer will incorporate delightful fabrics and textures into her maternity wardrobe. Flashy Fergie looks best in body-hugging leather, lace, silk and sequins. Her pregnancy style will most resemble Holly Madison‘s, whose Playmate days continue to influence her wardrobe.
Vanessa Hudgens: Okay, so she doesn’t have a serious flame, but if the former Disney star did have a bun in the oven, we’re pretty sure we know how she’d dress it. Vanessa would be Nicole Richie‘s best customer, with a full closet of bohemian-chic hippie dresses and accessories. Wouldn’t she be the cutest mom-to-be?
LeAnn Rimes: Since marrying Eddie Cibrian, the country songstress has been insecure about her weight and appearance. We predict that this future expectant mother will work hard to maintain a trim prenatal figure so she can tweet and post a lot of bikini baby bump photos to her social network — sort of like Gisele Bundchen.
Jennifer Aniston: We sort of know what Jennifer will look like – she playfully spoofed her pregnancy in an ad for Smartwater. We think she’ll opt for black, white and nude shades of maternity blazers that show off her fit cleavage and perfect tan.
Kristen Stewart: We have no doubt that the Twilight star will try really hard, but we’re just not sure she’ll impress us with her future maternity style. Despite having a fabulous figure, Kristen always looks awkward in high fashion. Our guess is that her pregnancy will look best in skinny maternity jeans and a comfy oversize sweater.
