Flattering tops for round faces
July 14, 2007
If there is ever a time to feel and look fabulous, it is when you are pregnant. Let me show you how you can look your best by framing your face with necklines that highlight your best features.

If you have a round face (think Christina Ricci or Stella McCartney), the V Neck neckline (pictured) will be the most flattering cut for you. The “v” cut has a wonderful slimming effect, and can also help balance out narrow shoulders. Other great necklines to highlight your best features are the Square neck and the Boat neck.
What necklines should you avoid? The Polo neck is probably the least flattering neckline for you. The cut will emphasize the fullness in your face. The high round neck of the Crew neck is also not a good choice for those with a round face, or a large chest.
Some great options for you include the v-necked Tocca Wrap Top (pictured, $49.99). The Velvet Boatneck Tee ($79.99) would also frame your face beautifully. The square neckline of the Printed Voile Blouse ($59.00) is another flattering cut for you.
