Nicole Richie, 6 months pregnant with her first child, was recently seen teetering around in 6 inch heels. You should be required to wear a helmet and elbow pads with these shoes!
Because your center of balance is off when you are pregnant, I would not advise 6-inch heels. If you like a little height, wear a wedge or kitten heel.
What do you think of Richie’s sky-high maternity look?
