Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, early Friday morning in Long Island, N.Y. The much-anticipated double bundle is the first children for the couple, although Anthony has 3 kids from a previous marriage. The proud parents are “delighted, thrilled and over the moon.”
Lopez’s maternity style has been highlighted by short trapeze dresses, thigh-high boots and cool caps. The singer trusted designer Roberto Cavalli to keep her covered in loose, flowing dresses before she made her baby news public (although we always suspected!).
Although many celebrities tend to dress casual when they are pregnant, Lopez continued her trend of elegant dresses and sky-high heels. No black leggings or ballet flats for her! The singer confessed that she felt better when she “dressed up”: “People make fun of me because when I do have them over to my house I do have a dress on,” she says. “I don’t like the way the sweats look with the extra weight. I like to feel good about myself, even at home.”
