How to wear non-maternity clothes like Halle
February 18, 2008

Actress Halle Berry continues to follow her trend of finding “non-maternity” clothes that perfectly fit her pregnant body.
The actress was recently seen wearing this Hale Bob Paisley Silk V-Neck Tunic ($148.40 at thehipchick.com). Also worn by Sharon Stone, this printed top features an elastic empire-waist top that flatters those with a bump without a bump. Halle paired this top with dark-washed denim and a black bag.
Pregnancy Fashion Tip: Tunic tops are longer than regular tops and are a good choice when buying “non-maternity” clothes. Empire-waist tops are also a good choice because the cut won’t constrict your growing belly. Dresses or skirts with a stretchy waistband are both great “non-maternity” choices; however it is hard to get away with wearing non-maternity jeans or pants throughout your pregnancy.

I wore non-maternity clothes most of my pregnancy. Used my regular pants with Belly Link which basically expanded the waist of my regular pants. I got mine at http://www.bellylink.com.
